Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. She started participating in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. Her Pro Card was granted a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. Following her decision to quit gymnastics and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. Within a year she was able to earn her Professional Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend the time off from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card to complete her college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and continued from her previous place of participating in some of the most prestigious contests such as that of the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She participated for a couple of years after her first appearance and set herself new goals each year. She also won four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to complete her college degree. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished third in the event. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage, and was awarded the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she had no goals. She was happy with her placement. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel continues to improve each year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows that use a single hand with a pull-up device and seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm and then moves on to working out. Ariel gets the most out of her limited time. This is accomplished by making sure she is doing all her back exercises doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lighter weight as well as the second days heavy weight.
